Founded in 2016, Oreon Consulting provides independent IT program and project management services to organizations undergoing ERP and digital transformation initiatives.
Large-scale IT projects are inherently complex and often involve significant risks. Oreon Consulting helps clients reduce these risks by bringing clarity, governance, and leadership to every stage of their transformation journey. Our approach combines established program management practices with modern methods such as Agile, Lean, and DevOps, ensuring delivery adapted to each client’s context.

The founder
Oreon Consulting was established by Olivier Renault, a seasoned program manager with over 20 years of experience in ERP, CRM, SaaS, and digital transformation programs. His career includes leadership roles at Orange, Nortel Networks, MetaSolv Software, and Oracle, where he directed large-scale initiatives for international organizations.
Olivier has managed teams of up to 150 contributors and delivered complex programs across Europe with a consistent focus on business value, organizational adoption, and program success.
He holds an engineering degree and an Executive MBA, and is certified PMP and SAFe Program Consultant.
